What we collect and why

• Your order details: name, company, phone number, email, delivery address, and the parts you order. We use these to call you, take payment, deliver your order and deal with any returns or warranty claims. We need this information to carry out your order.
• Payment: we take card payments over the phone. We don’t enter or store full card numbers on this website.
• Website use: our website uses essential cookies that remember what’s in your basket and keep the order form secure. They expire after two hours of inactivity. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Who we share it with

We share your name, address and phone number with our delivery carrier or Royal Mail so they can deliver your parts. We also use our website host and email provider to run the shop. We don’t sell your information or share it for marketing.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for six years, as required for tax and accounting purposes, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask us to delete it where we don’t need to keep it. Email sales@boilersparesuk.co.uk.
