Delivery charge

Standard UK delivery is £12.60 including VAT (£10.50 + VAT) per order.

We confirm stock and the delivery option you want when we call to take payment.

When it arrives

Standard next day	Orders accepted by 2pm Monday to Thursday
Friday orders	Accepted by 2pm, delivered Monday
Express	Before 10:00 next day
Saturday AM	Before 12:00 Saturday
Royal Mail Special Delivery	Parcels up to 2kg, next working day before 13:00 when accepted by 2pm

Orders received after 2pm on Friday, or at the weekend, are processed on Monday. Small items can also go Royal Mail 1st class.

For Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, other non-mainland UK addresses, Europe and the rest of the world, call us for a delivery price.

If nobody is in to sign for a parcel, the carrier will arrange a new date and an aborted delivery charge of £6.50 applies. Please refuse any parcel that looks damaged.

Returns

Call or email us for authorisation before sending anything back, and include the original delivery note or invoice. PCBs and electrical parts can’t be returned once opened. A restocking charge may apply to parts ordered in error.

Report short, incorrect or damaged deliveries to sales@boilersparesuk.co.uk within five days of receiving them.
